Get Out There UAE organizes adventure riding events, motorcycle tours, 4x4 expeditions, and sporting events. These activities involve inherent risks.

3.2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our events.
• You must possess a valid motorcycle/vehicle license where required.
• You must meet any fitness or skill requirements specified for specific events.

3.3 Equipment

• Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as provided.
• You are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse.
• Safety gear provided must be worn at all times during activities.

3.4 Weather and Conditions

• Events may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions.
• The Company reserves the right to modify routes or activities for safety reasons.

4.1 Booking Process

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.
• It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct.

4.2 Payment

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.3 Price Changes

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
• Price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

5.1 Cancellation by User

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: 100% refund.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event: No refund.
• No-shows: No refund.

5.2 Cancellation by Company

• If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund.
• We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred due to cancellation (e.g., travel arrangements).

5.3 Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6.1 Assumption of Risk
By participating in our events, you acknowledge that adventure riding and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Risk of injury or death.
• Equipment failure.
• Weather-related hazards.
• Terrain-related hazards.
• Actions of other participants.

6.2 Waiver
You agree to waive any claims against GOT Events FZ LLE, its owners, employees, and agents for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in our activities, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6.3 Insurance

• We recommend all participants have personal accident and health insurance.
• The Company's insurance does not cover personal injuries to participants.

7.1 You agree to:

• Follow all instructions from event organizers and guides.
• Respect other participants, guides, and the public.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Respect the environment and leave no trace.

7.2 We reserve the right to:

• Remove any participant from an event for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
• Ban any user from future events for violations of these Terms.

8.1 All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GOT Events FZ LLE or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Website without our express written permission.
